Delivery Receipts (Pre-Orders)

These screen shots illustrate how a Driver is to make a Delivery Receipt for a Customer who has "Pre-Ordered Items".

This is very helpful for special event deliveries where you know exactly what they are purchasing before the delivery.

	Setting up a customer for "Pre-Ordered Items" starts in Cool Running Manager. From the schedule Screen, the office manager enters all the information about the delivery.
	On the day of the delivery, this information shows up as a "Pop Up" on the routing screen. All this information will transfer to the handheld at the time of delivery.
	The Driver will start by clicking on the customer they need to deliver to.
	All the information from Cool Running Manager will display for your driver. They will now tap on "Make Delivery".
	As soon as the driver tapped on "Make Delivery", Cool Running Driver prompts the driver about the Pre-Ordered items and asks them if they want to add the items for delivery. Rather than enter each item individually, the driver will click “Yes.”
	Before entering the items, Cool Running Driver will display all the information and items to be delivered for the driver. This information is printable for the driver to make his delivery.
	Once completed with viewing the delivery information, all the items fill in on the computer and are ready to be billed to the customer. If there is a ice chest dropped off at the location, the driver can now enter the information about the Merchandiser Drop off.
	After choosing "Merchandiser Drop Off" from the item list, the driver will then have the option of choosing one or more ice chests from the Merchandiser Drop off List. After choosing the ice chest(s) that are dropped off, Cool Running Driver will force the driver to enter the pick up date. This chest will display that it needs to be picked up inside the Cool Running Manager routing area on 12/13/07.
	After the chest is dropped off and the driver leaves the items screen, they can enter the merchandiser maintenance information.
