Cool Running Manager

The Customer Management area of Cool Running Manager contains all the information about your Customer that is downloadable to the handhelds of Cool Running Driver.

From these screens, your company can individually setup all the preferences and settings for each Customer in your Customer list.

	This is the main customer screen. From here, you can set up the specific information for each customer along with deliver notes for your drivers. Also from this screen, your company can set up the automated routing for this customer. You can set them up for multiple deliveries per week or a delivery every 1 – 6 weeks.
	From this screen, your company can list the products purchased by this customer along with their respective price. Also, you can list if that product is taxable. You can also set up a "Default Driver Delivery Note" for this customer. This note will "Pop Up" whenever this customer is scheduled for delivery for both your route manager and driver.
	From this screen, your company can list all the ice chests on location. Your company can also see all the rotation and percent full activity of this customer along with any notes from the driver. Finally, by entering a pick up date for this ice chest, Cool Running Manager will tell you when it is time to pick up that ice chest and/or charge a new lease fee.
	Lists all the phone numbers for the Customer location.
	When needed, your company can review all the deliveries of each location. You will also be able to see what time the delivery was made along with the truck and driver who made the delivery. This is very helpful when you get that question "Who was the last guy to deliver here?"
	From the billing screen, you can set up the default billing terms for this customer. Cash, Terms 10 Days, Terms 30 Days, Cash Only… etc. You can also set up a PO number for this customer that will show up on every invoice. Finally, all of this information downloads into the Cool Running Driver so your drivers can avoid making billing errors.
