Routing

The Routing area allows your Office Manager to make all the daily routes with the Cool Running Manager Route Building tool or by using the "Click and Drag" method.

All the Routes create will transfer to the Cool Running Driver.

	Here is a description of all the sections of the Route screen. There is a lot of information your route manager can find on this screen.
	Building a Route - Step 1 The first part of making a route goes back to the system preferences and your "Route Builder". When you go to make your routes, Cool Running Manager will compare the stops that are scheduled for that day with these stops in the Route Builder.
	Building a Route - Step 2 When your Route Manager is ready to make the routes for Friday, he must first click on "Route Builder". Once he does, he is prompted to route that days deliveries.
	Building a Route - Step 3 After clicking on the Route Builder, you can see that it has created 4 automated routes that look like the routes in your preferences. Now your Route Manager can manually "Click and Drag" the remaining stops that need to be done for that day.
	Building a Route - Step 4 Finally once your Route Manager has finished moving scheduled stops for that day over to their routes, they now have the option of filling the routes with stops from future routes. This would be the same as getting stops done earlier than their respective route day. As configured, all of these Routes will appear in the Cool Running Driver handhelds for Friday, the 25th of January.
