Scheduling

From the Scheduling area, your Route Manager can take phone calls and enter each call into the Cool Running Manager schedule.

All of the information your Route Manager enters about that delivery will appear in the Cool Running Driver handhelds and on the Driver's Route Sheet. In addition, that information will display in the Route Section of Cool Running Manager making setup of Routes even easier.

	This is the Schedule Screen with descriptions of each area.
	Scheduling a Delivery - Step 1 When a call comes in from a customer, your Route Manager will then choose the customer from the list and enter the information about the delivery.
	Scheduling a Delivery - Step 2 After all the information about the delivery is entered, this will all transfer into the Cool Running Driver handhelds.
	Scheduling a Delivery - Step 3 The configured delivery now displays in the Routing Screen and is ready to be placed on a route. Screen shots on creating a Route can be found in the Routing area.
